This article serves as a reference guide to individuals who will be writing basic queries and completing bulk correspondence processes in DARS.
In this article you will learn the various tasks and functions associated with creating and managing queries (including smart fields/smart queries); creating selections and research groups; how to download, export and import query results and data created from processes; how to import selections and wealth engine data; how to manage KPIs and the KPI dashboard, as well as any relevant business processes.
You will require the Enhanced Data Management and Event Viewer roles in order to access and use the functionality described in this article. If you are unsure of your role and access rights to the DARS system, please contact the DARS Helpdesk.
